I made a pattern for these from an original 1928 Norton Model 18 inlet rocker and had a few of these cast in AB2 Ni-Al Bronze. 2 of these were subsequently fitted to bikes that I restored and rode and these were spares. They need machining - spindle hole in the centre and the threaded holes for the tappet adjuster and grease nipple. There are 2 available.
